Deborah Dunn founded Deborah Dunn Research in 2006. Deborah is an experienced market researcher who has worked across a broad range of industries.
In her 20 year career she has held positions on both the client (Westpac, Reader’s Digest) and supplier side (Nielsen Online, AMR Interactive, Colmar Brunton, Taverner Research), giving her an excellent understanding of the challenges and needs of both.
Her work philosophy is to conduct useable and helpful research that informs business decisions and strategic marketing direction. Deborah is renowned for her attention to detail and client service focus.
Deborah has extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative techniques, having worked on countless research projects across a variety of industries including government, pharmaceutical, finance, FMCG, commercial real estate, online, telecommunications and automotive.
Before starting her commercial market research career, Deborah worked for 5 years in general practice research. She was Senior Research Assistant on the Drink-Less Program, a venture run by the Department of Psychological Medicine at Sydney University. She also worked for the Western Sydney Division of General Practice, where she developed and coordinated many health and research projects and succeeded in obtaining $1.2M in funding.
Deborah graduated from the University of Sydney in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology.
